Serious question please help ?

OK so I don't have normal periods at all. I haven't had on in about 5 months. And that's normal for me. Well in the last week I have been cramping tired my lower back is sore I'm gy but constipated my are sore and have heart burn. Today I had a tiny bit of spotting but not enough to get in panties. Yesterday I took 2 pregnancy but both were negative? I have this weird feeling though but i can't really explain it..........can I be pregnant?? Me and my husband have been trying and its bothering me that I feel pregnant but the test said no..... experience please?
