Dems, how do you determine which of Obama's policies failed to be implemented due to "lack of backbone"?

I believe that he is simply a puppet, and that he has been since long before his campaign. Therefore, if you would like to say that puppets or "yes men" conduct actions not for personal gain and due to "lack of backbone", then I suppose nearly all of his policies were done b/c of this.
